How to access and print Your Printables

How to Use Your Printables

Thanks for purchasing a Keke Designs printable. Printables are digital PDF files you can download and print. No physical item will be shipped.

1) Download your PDF

After checkout, you’ll receive:
  • An order confirmation email with a download link, and/or
  • Access to your download via the download button/link on the order confirmation page
Save the PDF somewhere easy to find (like your Downloads folder).
Can’t see the email? Check your spam/junk folder first.

2) Open the file

Open your printable using a PDF reader such as:
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
  • Preview (Mac)
  • Most modern web browsers (Chrome/Safari/Edge)
For best results, download the file to your device first (rather than printing from a browser preview).

3) Print at home (best settings for A4)

To get the cleanest, true-to-size print, use:
  • Paper size: A4
  • Scale: Actual Size or 100%
  • Fit to page: OFF
  • Orientation: As shown in the PDF (Portrait or Landscape)
  • Print quality: High / Best (if available)
Tip: Print one page first as a test before printing the full set.

4) Choose your paper

Paper choice can change the final look:
  • Standard printer paper (80–100gsm): Great for everyday use
  • Thicker paper/cardstock (160–250gsm): Best for signs, cards, and anything you want more durable
  • Matte photo paper: Great for bright colour prints with a smooth finish

5) Professional printing (optional)

For a premium finish, you can take your PDF to a local print shop.
Ask them to print:
  • A4
  • 100% / Actual size
  • On your preferred paper type

6) Cutting & assembling (if needed)

If your printable includes cut lines or multiple pieces:
  • Use scissors or a paper trimmer for clean edges
  • Use glue/tape to assemble
  • Laminate for durability and reuse (especially for kids’ activities)

Check that scaling is set to 100% / Actual Size and “Fit to page” is turned off.
The colours look different to my screen
This is normal — screens and printers vary. For best results, print in high quality or use a professional printer.
I can’t open the file
